This course is a 4 week program to create change in your life. A step by step process will guide you to identify the thing(s) you want to change, create a clear vision of what you want and start working towards it. During this course you will take inventory of your current life situation to prepare for the change(s) you want to create. You will get rid of habits and thoughts that are no longer in alignment with the changes to come and replace them with habits and thoughts that suit your vision.
Who is it for: This course is ideal for people who want changes in their life, but are not sure how to get started with the process. It is also for people who have tried changes on their own but have not found an effective way to make it work.
